I’ve tried so many coffee shops in town, but for sure without doubt this is the best of all of them. Coffee is something else, so good, carefully chosen, details are taken care of, I really loved the place and the coffee they’re making. I met the owner he was so welcoming great person to talk to, he was so kind to explain the process, coffee beans everything about coffee. Definitely one of my favorite spots here. 💯 recommended ☕️

I visited DUA DC COFFEE with high expectations, and while there were several things I enjoyed, the overall experience was a bit mixed for me. The café has a very nice atmosphere — modern, cozy, and well designed. It’s a comfortable place to sit and relax, whether you’re meeting a friend or spending some quiet time on your own. The space feels thoughtfully arranged, and it’s easy to see why many people enjoy spending time here. The service was also a highlight. The staff were friendly, polite, and attentive, making the visit pleasant from start to finish. Ordering was smooth, and they were happy to answer questions about the menu. However, the coffee itself was not quite to my taste. I found the acidity to be quite strong, which overpowered the balance and made it less enjoyable for me. While I understand that some coffee lovers appreciate bright, acidic profiles, I personally prefer a smoother and more balanced cup. Because of this, the coffee was a bit disappointing compared to the otherwise great setting. Overall, DUA DC COFFEE is a nice place with a great vibe and good service, but the coffee flavor profile may not suit everyone. If you enjoy bold, acidic coffee, this could be a good spot for you. For me, it was a decent experience, but there’s room for improvement.

Dua Coffee DC is a cozy little gem right in the heart of Washington, DC, close to the embassy offices. We stopped by during the quiet morning hours, and even then it was bustling with people—which says a lot about its popularity. The ambience was warm and inviting, with a nice vibe all around. I only tried the flat white this time, and it was excellent—smooth, rich, and well-prepared. Service was quick and efficient, which is always appreciated when the place is busy. Many people around us were enjoying their coffee with croissants, and it looked like a great spot for a relaxed breakfast or a casual coffee break. They also have outdoor seating, which makes it even more appealing on a nice day. Definitely planning to come back soon to try more of their menu options. A great find in DC!

I stopped by today and found out there was a special event happening in the back of the shop. Even with the event going on, everyone was still very welcoming. Tried their coffee. It was amazing! The Pour Over and Piccolo hit the spot. Although there weren’t any empty seats inside, I really enjoyed my coffee in the to-go cup. The staff were super friendly and kind. I’ll definitely come back, hopefully next time I can sit down and enjoy my coffee in a proper mug!

Coffee superb! Bean quality, without question, is one the best I tried in the US so far (only been living here 2+year).. tried americano, drip coffee, and cold brew pandan... Americano was bold (though mentioned it was medium roasted, but it was a gayo bean, so that's it).. the drip was told to be bean from west java (Garut) was more acidic, but acceptable since it was manual brew.. and the cold brew pandan was fun and refreshing!! Just note on the hospitality, could have been better, your barista not even tried to get eye contact when giving the coffee to me although I was there.. maybe ot was just to me, not sure, but I said thank you (I believe, they heard that, no one care to reply).. I know it was not only because we are in DC because usually when customer said thank you, some for of reply usually heard of.. anyway, it was not bad bad, consider it's DC, but it can be better And note on the music.. guess it was to loud because it was making the guests to talk loud with each other, and it was hard to hear the baristas calling out your number.

Stunning little coffee shop with clean restrooms and polite staff! I can say confidently that this is the best coffee shop in DC. Their coffee is rich and well flavored, it is not to sweet and not burnt. Definitely will return and recommend!!

I’m coming from the west coast as an admitted coffee snob and the wanoja pour over. It was genuinely great. Sat in the back, read a book, and felt very comfortable. While the line was out the door, I was only in it for about 7 minutes. Kudos to the cashier as well; he’s the one that told me the wanoja is especially good right now.
